A new home is a big investment.  You've been shopping for the best deal you can find, looking for the best interest rate, adding up closing costs and crunching whatever numbers you can.  The cost of a home inspection is very small in comparison to the value of your home, and may be one of the most important things you can do to make sure you are getting the most for your money.

Don't let your best friend, or another inspector or even your real estate agent talk you into skimping on the home inspection.  If you find that Wall-2-Wall Home Inspections charges a little more than "the other guy," rest assured that you are paying a little more for the quality inspection that you deserve.

The following prices are subject to change:

Up to 1,500 sq. ft.            $250
1,501 to 2,700 sq. ft.       $275
2,701 and up sq. ft.         $0.10 per square foot (Example - 3,250 sq. ft. x 0.10 = $325)

Please note that full payment must be paid prior to or at the time of inspection.  Cash and checks will be accepted.
